2022: Reflect, Release and Renew

Join us as we reflect on 2022, release outgrown energies and renew our subtle bodies to welcome 2023 with peace and a renewed sense of Self Compassion.

This is a year end ceremonial celebration of 2022. We will explore stand out experiences of the year, find their lessons, and integrate their teachings. We will do a ceremonial Release of 2022 and welcoming of 2023.

This years edition of Reflect, Release and Renew, will include an evening of healing and release via meditations, energy work; sharing and Oracle Card work to gain deeper insight into the past year's lessons and the coming year. We will have journaling exercises prior to the event (to be sent in an email), 1-2 meditations (depending on group needs)

In the second week of December, you will receive the preparatory journal work by email. I encourage you to dive into the journal work. In previous years, I have observed that the more effort participants into their journal work, the more they get out of the event and ceremonies. So, the more you put in, the more you will get out of it.

(In an effort to keep this work accessible to all, I have added 2 Community access tickets per event that are Pay what you can at minimum of $62.50 - There are also regular priced tickets that you can add money to, if you like, to support the community access fund)

To respect the exchange that happens in circle of holding space for each other during sharing, please be punctual ♥

We will open the doors 15 minutes before the event to allow for socializing, getting setup and snacking :)

I encourage you to bring with you:

~a drink or two to keep you hydrated through the night.

~have your journal, notebook or pen and paper on hand as we always do some reflective work

~a crystal that calls to you for the evenings work

~bring what you need to be comfortable - there a few blankets and pillows that are first come, first served.

~finally, a snack for yourself and if you feel called, a snack to share with 2 others - this is so joyous that we can get back to this snack sharing and i am stoked because it is so integral in building connection, socializing, and staying grounded and present
