Join us as we shift, grow and heal through play and creativity! 

That's right, healing can done through laughter and play!

You will be provided with everything you need. There will be some initial intention work and an activation meditation then you will be guided through the creation and transformation of an art piece created by you, for you.

This is a powerful form of Alchemy that channels our power into creative expression. after we are finished, you can take your piece home and let it be a talisman of your intentional healing, growth and evolution or burn it in personal Ceremony on your own time. Artistic Expression is a potent way to shift energies that are non-verbal and live in the quiet spaces within.

All materials are privided - no experience necessary

· Doors open 15 minutes before the event. 

· Feel free to bring drinks or snacks to share. 

· Bring a journal & writing utensil for personal reflection! 

· Bring your favourite crystal for added energy facilitation and whatever else you need to feel comfortable!

· Feel free to bring any materials you wish to use or include in your creation.
