We gather virtually and work through, shift and transform beliefs that create, support and sustain Unhealthy 'Hustle' & Poor work/life balance & Embracing Joy, play and Pleasure

We will facilitate a guided theta healing meditation that will transform frequencies of Unhealthy 'Hustle' and Poor Work/Life Balance into frequencies of Joy, Play and Pleasure. Through this process, we re-write your records, stories and experiences of Productivity, poor boundaries and work/life enmeshment; anchoring in energies of joy, self-respect, and we will nurture playful and pleasurable frequencies on the micro and macro. 

Belief Transformation Sessions are never the same, it depends on the collective and personal energies present and what is in the highest and best of those present.

After the healing, we will open ourselves to universal support, community support and remember our capability to receive support and welcome it into our Being with joy, love and Trust.

I encourage you to make your space Sacred by:

~Having a candle to light

~fill your fav cup with water, we will charge the water for you to drink after Ceremony

~An oracle deck of your choosing (if you do not have one, I will pull a card from my deck for you)

~have your journal, notebook or pen and paper on hand as we always do some reflective work

~making yourself a drink (water, tea, juice or both lol)

~have all your creature comforts at hand, this time is for you.
