We gather virtually and work through, shift and transform beliefs that create, support and sustaindeep seeded anxiety and uncertainty and stepping into the unknown with confidence and courage

We will facilitate a guided theta healing meditation that will transform frequencies of axniety and uncertainty into frequencies of confidence and courage. Through this process, we re-write your records, stories and experiences of confidence and courage; anchoring in energies of faith, safety and trust on the micro and marco. 

Belief Transformation Sessions are never the same, it depends on the collective and personal energies present and what is in the highest and best of those present.

After the healing, we will open ourselves to universal support, community support and remember our capability to recieve support and welcome it into our Being with joy, love and Trust.

~fill your fav cup, water bottle or drink, we will create the beginnings of moon water for you to take home and set in moon light

~have your journal, notebook or pen and paper on hand as we always do some refelctive work

~a crystal that calls to you for the evenings work

~bring what you need to be comfortable - there a few blankets and pillows that are first come, first served.
