Theme of the Event: Softening Physical and Emotional Pain

We gather and work through, shift and transform beliefs that create, support and sustain physical and emotional pain

We will facilitate a guided theta healing meditation that will transform frequencies of pain that impact our daily lives. Through this process, we re-write your records, stories and experiences of physical and emotional pain; anchoring in energies that soften, soothe and relieve pain on the micro and macro levels. 

Belief Transformation Sessions are never the same, it depends on the collective and personal energies present and what is in the highest and best of those present.

After the healing, we will have created space within for self-compassion, self-acceptance and hopefully a feeling of ease with less physical and emotional pain.

I encourage you to bring with you:

~a drink or two to keep you hydrated through the night.

~have your journal, notebook or pen and paper on hand as we always do some reflective work

~a crystal that calls to you for the evenings work

~bring what you need to be comfortable - there a few blankets and pillows that are first come, first served.

~finally, a snack for yourself and to share with 2 others - this is the first month we can get back to this snack sharing and i am stoked because it's so integral in building connection, socializing and staying grounded and present
