A gathering for those who identify as female (binary or not) to share, connect and explore through discussion, journal work, energy work, divination etc. We show up, for ourselves, for each other, to see and be seen and for the connection, support and guidance as we work through daily life. This group is designed to create safe space to create a dialogue within ourlseves and between women - to remember, we are all in this together.

We will use alchemy to bring healing or shifts - not always a formal meditation or process. we will present various tools and techniques as needed - depending on what the groups needs are in the moment.

The goal of this group is to evolve your story - each time we share, the script changes, the frequency changes, the perspective changes. As we observe things that may not work for us, that cause us distress or challenge us, we open new pathways for deeper awarenss and comprehension. A sharing circle is important for the healing process because when we give voice to pain, it begins to tranform within us and we embark on a journey of healing, self-acceptance and authenticity.

The Rules of this container:

~ this is a judgement free zone - we will discuss some deep and sometimes difficult topics

~ advice is on a consent basis - we ask if we can offer input, persepctive, share related info

~ anything that is said in circle, stays in circle

~ if it didn't come from your lips, it is not yours to share
