Full Moon Circle

Under the Full Moon, we gather to Connect, Nurture and Shift. 

We will reconnect to love within us, the support around us and nurture ourselves with meditation and community connection.

This is a circle that is close to my heart. We come to speak the unspoken. We share our stories together and create space for our own shifts. It's in telling our story of the day that we are able to see more clearly and feel seen and heard, as we are. There is so much power in speaking our truths, trials and thoughts.

Thank you for understanding and respecting the sanctity of Circle.

I encourage you to bring with you:

~have your journal, notebook or pen and paper on hand as we always do some refelctive work

~a crystal that calls to you for the evenings work

~bring what you need to be comfortable - there a few blankets and pillows that are first come, first served.

~a snack for yourself and to share with 1-2 other ppl (if that's available to you)
