June was hard, filled with deep work and tested us all. In preparation for this next group, I asked myself "what has the theme of the last year been for me?". In truth, it has been stepping up, in ways i never knew existed, never thought I could do and never thought would be necessary. Now, more than ever, we are challenged to STEP for ourselves. I don't know about you, but it's excruciating, at times, and I both resist and surrender in an ebb and flow dance. All this to say, I am the one that I have been waiting for. I am the one who is my best advocate in all areas of my life. I have learned that being my own hero is essential to my happiness. I want to facilitate you reconnecting with your Inner Hero!
