Make Shi(f)t Happen

A guided healing experience that will dig deep within and create space for change to happen within and around you.

In this experience, we will work in the layers of belief (core, genetic, history and soul levels) to find, heal and release stagnant energies, reclaim our power and create a magnetic field of resonance to Make Shi(f)t Happen!

There will be pre-event Journal work (to be sent upon registration), guided healing experience and anchoring of supportive energies. We will use energies such as Theta healing, reiki, Integrated Energy therapy and channeled energies.

Guided healing experience will be received while laying down on the floor - we are inviting participants to bring a yoga mat, pillows and a blanket - whatever you need to be comfortable.

Materials required:

~ notebook and pen

~ journal work - hand written on loose paper (we will be burning it)

~ dress comfortably, in layers - temperature ad energy will fluctuate as we move through the night.
