In this workshop, we anchor the magic into menstruation and demystify the women’s mysteries around menstrual magic. We are all cyclical woman (whether we bleed or not).
This workshop will launch a new and deepened relationship with your femininity, your creative power and your relationship to your body, mind and soul.
Once we have learned about the 4 menstrual phases and their energies, we will do a meditation to reconnect with the power of your menstrual cycle and its wisdom.
