Phoenix Rising Ceremony: Working with our Inner Teen

Join us as we step into the Winter season and offer a Phoenix rising ceremony.

In our time together, we will connect with our Inner teen - who holds anger and fury from our past. An important part of our Inner child work is working with our Inner Teen Self.  Our Inner Teen seeks validation, authenticity and independence. They are holding on to social traumas like bullying, alienation and wars at home. In this Ceremony, we offer that Teen Self a space to voice and release their anger, angst and shame. These are emotions that are very potent in the teen years because we are revisiting the development of the primary 7 chakras throughout these years. it's a very intense and volatile transformation - in whatever form it takes.

 we will go on a guided journey, all while receiving hands-on energy healing and balancing. We will focus on burning away what is no longer needed and rising within yourself, reclaiming your sovereignty, then birthing more of your essence into your experience here on earth.

we will offer to each person present an attunement from the Council of the Mother which will facilitate the energies death and rebirth within each of you. We will work with Goddess Vesta to re-establish our sacred Hearth within and remember our Sacred Neutral

we Will use various modalities throughout this experience including Reiki, IET, Cosmic Creation, Theta healing and whenever energies your soul requires in the moment. We will use oracle cards to call in individualized medicines for each being present. We will also use various tools, such as alchemical sprays, alchemical essences, and burning of plant medicines

We will open the doors 15 minutes before the event to allow for socializing, getting setup and snacking :)

I encourage you to bring with you:

~a drink or two to keep you hydrated through the night.

~have your journal, notebook or pen and paper on hand as we always do some reflective work

~a crystal that calls to you for the evenings work

~bring what you need to be comfortable - there a few blankets and pillows that are first come, first served.

~finally, a snack for yourself and if you feel called, a snack to share with 2 others - this is so joyous that we can get back to this snack sharing and i am stoked because it is so integral in building connection, socializing, and staying grounded and present
