Reflect, Release and Renew: Invigorated In-Body-Ment

A guided healing experience that will clear heaviness, stagnation and density from your physical body.

In this experience, we will journey to our Earth Star chakra; this chakra is responsible for detoxing and recharging the physical and energetic body. This can be a very profound healing experience for cultivating increased vitality, feelings of safety and centeredness.

This journey can help you feel recharged, lighter and could temporarily alleviate chronic physical pain by lifting the energies that weigh you down and clearing the body of stagnancies that anchor pain into the body. We are working with energies to heal the relationship between you and your body.

There will be pre-event Journal work (to be sent upon registration), guided healing experience and anchoring of supportive energies. We will use energies such as Theta healing, reiki, Integrated Energy therapy and channeled energies.

Guided healing experience will be received while laying down on the floor - we are inviting participants to bring a yoga mat, pillows and a blanket - whatever you need to be comfortable.

Materials required:

~ notebook and pen

~ journal work - hand written on loose paper (we will be burning it)

~ dress comfortably, in layers - temperature ad energy will fluctuate as we move through the night.
