In our developmental years, we form a lot of beliefs around survival, coping and staying safe. As we grow and heal, sometimes the things we learned as children keep us small, safe and unseen - some of these survival mechanisms imprison us in patterns that don't serve us and could be quite painful.

The Goal is to anchor in freedom and create space to remember what it feels like to thrive; to heal the patterns, survival and coping mechanisms that we no longer need to Thrive.
