Virtual: Reflect, Release and Renew: Ancestral Healing Journey

This season, I choose to honour the Fall Equinox with a guided healing experience that will call on your Cosmic Soul Ascendants and Ancestors on this earth from all of your incarnations. We will connect with your Cosmic Soul Ascendants and Ancestors to invite healing, wisdom and guidance. This can be a very profound healing experience for cultivating Inner Wisdom, Belonging and feelings of support, safety and acceptance.

There will be a guided healing experience and anchoring of supportive energies. We will use energies such as Theta healing, reiki, Integrated Energy therapy and channeled energies.

Guided healing experience will be received while laying down on the floor - we are inviting participants to bring a yoga mat, pillows and a blanket - whatever you need to be comfortable.

Materials required:

~ notebook and pen

~ journal work - hand written on loose paper (we will be burning it)

~ dress comfortably, in layers - temperature ad energy will fluctuate as we move through the night.
